ABonAir’s system on display at KOBA 2019

Four days in May, from the 22nd to the 25th,  ABonAir’s systems on display at the KOBA 2019 tradeshow. KOBA  is the main tradeshow in South Korea for the Broadcast, Audio and Lighting Equipment industry. We just wrapped up 4 days of meetings, presentations and demos. Thank you all our visitors! We were happy to meet each one of you and demostraet our advanced broadcasting systems.

ABonAir was hosted by AVX, a system integrator and dealer from South Korea. The “hit” at the booth was our AB512  with the Fiber Coverage Extender and Embedded Intercom. This package is a one-of-a-kind for broadcasters. Here’s why:

The AB512 is a wireless broadcast solution with a 7 msec sub frame delay. That’s an industry record, and allows broadcasters to go wireless with the highest quality of video broadcast possible. In a nutshell about the systems:

AB512  is the only Wireless Broadcast System with 7 msec sub frame delay. ABonAir’s AB512™ wireless video system enables camera teams to wirelessly transmit video directly from cameras to media centers or OB trucks. Built on a bi-directional radio channel between transmitter and receiver, ABonAir’s systems acknowledge the correct acceptance of each group of pixels, thus providing exceptionally robust and reliable transmission. The AB512™ supports ABonAir’s Fiber Coverage Extension (FCE) which enables connection of a single receiver to multiple FCEs in various sites (e.g. horse racing tracks – race track, stables and the winning circle) or even on completely separate sites (e.g. football stadium, basketball arena and swimming pool) all via fiber cables with unlimited range.
